Gallette de Rois

1 puff pastry sheet roll (store bought)

For the filling:

1 cup almond meal

3 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp chopped nuts and raisins

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/4 cup water

Take a saucepan, add all the filling ingredients and cook for 3-4 mins till it changes to a sticky consistency

Roll the pastry sheet and use a round shaped cookie cutter to cut into 2 circles.

Take the 2 puff pastery circles and seal them with the almonfd filling using a fork

Brush with milk or egg yolk to have a glaze on Gallette de Rois 

Line them on a baking tray to bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 mins
