Salmon and Potatoes

Braise Salmon with salt, pepper and garlic paste.

Cook it on medium flame for 8 to 10 mins with any oil - preferably avocado oil

Make a mustard cream dressing (1 tbsp of Djon Mustard, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice; 4 tbsp whipping cream)

Add the dressing to cooked salmon 

Garnish with parsley
