Creamy Dreamy Mashed Yam

1 purple yam, cut into big pieces

1 tsp himalayan pink salt

2 cups water

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp black pepper

1 slice lemon

Take a Instapot and cook the yam on pressure cooker mode for 4 mins

Take out the Yam, mash it to a creamy texture; add butter, salt and pepper

Add a dash of lemon juice

Sprinkle with your favorite herbs - basil or oregano

Enjoy it steaming hot like a dip or side or use as a spread on toasted bread
