Khao Soi

 Take a stock pan(sauce pan). Add 1 tsp olive oil

Add handful of chopped onion, chopped garlic per taste; 1 cup colorful assorted chopped veggies

Cook them for 3-4 mins

Add 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. 1 tbsp curry powder, pinch of chili pepper; 1 tsp of gram flour

Add 1 small pkt of noodles/ ramen and simmer for 3/4 mins

Serve with fresh lemon and cilantro
