Lemon Fish
1 Barbeque cut Barramundi (any white fish of your choice)
Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Marinade:
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp Djon Mustard
1 tsp yogurt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 clove Garlic
Handful of chopped cilantro
1 tbsp coconut powder (optional)
1 Thai green chilli (optional)
Blend the above to a smooth paste, if nedded use 1 tbsp oil to make a smooth paste
Marinate the fish and bake it at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 mins
If you like to poach it - use a steamer
