Brocoli Bhaja

Take 2 cups of Brocolli Florets; mince it finely using chopper or food processor

On a medium flame, take a skillet and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil

Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds; pinch of asafoetida; 1 tsp chopped garlic; 1 tsp sesame seeds(or peanuts); 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp of chilli flakes

Add the minced brocolli and stir fry for 5-6 mins on high flame

Serve with a slice of lemon
