Ladoo
1 cup unbleached almond meal (skin of almond provides extra fibre)
1 tbsp ghee or avocado oil
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp sugar (as per taste)
1 tsp fennel
1/8 cup water
Take a saucepan on medium low flame; add ghee
Toast almond meal for 3-4 mins
Add sugar, water, cardamom, fennel
Cook to form a bindable dough for 3-4 mins.
Use a small ice cream scopper to form ladoos
You can keep it refregerated to hold the shape and keep the freshness
