Fruit Salad
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt to balance the sweet and sour
1 cup of assorted seasonal fruits of your choice
1 tsp cardamom powder
Pinch of saffron
Lightly beat the yogurt to make it fluffy and airy like whipping cream; you can use a hand mixer for making it fluffy
Add all the chopped fruits, cardamom, sugar, salt, saffron to the yogurt
Serve chilled
This is a very good, tasty and healthy sweet dish
