Fried Lotus Root

1 cup of steamed Lotus roots (silced into rings)

Sprinkle 2 tbsp corn starch

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tsp tomato ketchup

1 tsp chilli crisp

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp vinegar

Marinate the lotus roots in above marinade.

Saute and pan fry on a medium low flame untill fully cooked

You can use an Air fryer or Oven to bake them as well (adjust the temperature accordingly)
