Salad
2 cup Arugula greens
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1 thinly sliced avocado
1/4 cup black beans and corn
1/4 cup boiled shredded chicken
1 thinly sliced boiled egg
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cranberry
For the dressing:
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
2 tsp chilly flakes
1 tsp black garlic
1 tsp Tahini
1 tbsp Olive oil
Pinch of salt
Whisk everything and pour the dressing on the salad before serving
