Saffron Ice Cream

 Take 1/2 cup Tapioca pearls; soak in 1 cup water

Take 2 cups of whole milk and cook tapioca for 5/6  mins on medium low flame - stirring continuously.

Add 1/4 cup of sugar; 2 tsp cardamom powder; 1/2 tsp of saffron threads

When the tapioca looks transperant - jelly like; approx after 5 mins.. you understand that tapioca is fully cooked

Switch off the flame

Set it on Ice cream cups or cones

Serve with tutti-fruti
