Aloo Tikka

Take 2 cups of boiled mashed Yukon potatoes (substitute with any other potatoes of your choice)

2 tbsp corn starch

2 tsp salt

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tsp chlli powder

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp turmeric

Handful of finely chopped cilantro

Mix all ingredients and form like a dough and Shape it like patties

Take a skillet, add ghee (oil) on medium flame. Pan fry them to crispy golden brown

Serve it with your favourite dip like mango chutney or cilantro
