Tandoori Chicken

Take 4 drumsticks preferred (substitute with boneless chicken)

3 tbsp plain yogurt

1 tbsp whipping cream

2 tbsp garlic paste

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 tsp turmeric powder

3 tbsp curry powder

1.5 tbsp garam masala

1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves

1/4 tsp carrom seeds

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

2 tbsp cilantro and mint paste

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp wheat flour

Make small cuts on the chicken and marinate with above ingredients for 3-4 hours

Use a grill or oven to cook the chicken untill crispy and fully cooked. For oven use 350 degrees for 15 to 20 mins; you can also use an Air fryer for this recipe

Brush butter before serving with a paltter of salad on the side and a yogurt cilantro dip
