Braised Fish + Gravy

1 portion of barbequed wild caught salmon

1 tsp chipotle chilli powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black garlic paste

1 tsp lemon juice

Braise the fish on medium high flame with olive oil for 8-10 mins; use a cover to keep fish moist

Use the same pan to saute some greens of your choice like kale, spinach

Make a creamy sauce to balance the spice 

Creamy Sauce

1/4 cup whipping cream

2 tbsp cheese (mexican blend)

1 tsp basil

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Boil all the ingredients on medium flame to form a white sauce

Serve it on the side with the fish
