Trail Mix

1 cup roasted puffed rice

1/4 cup assorted dry roasted nut of your choice

1/8 cup aloo bhujia or sev bhujia

2 tbsp raisins

1 tbsp ghee

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp rock salt

Handful of curry leaves

Take a pan and dry roast all the above ingredients (puff rice, assorted nuts, raisins, bhujia mixture) to revive the freshness and crispiness

Take a ladle, add ghee, cumin seeds, rock salt and curry leaves. Add this hot tempering oil to above mix and close the flame

 

This is a savory snack with your favourite cup of coffee or tea.
